GENERAL MANAGER

Fun Zonez Arcade Gaming Center is family entertainment center that VR Games, Bumper Cars, laser tag, Playground, arcade games, food and so much more!

Looking for candidates who have great organizational and leadership skills. As General Manager, you will be overseeing the entire facility and its operations while adhering to our core values of sharing fun, creating lasting memories, pursuing excellence and putting people first.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Management recruits, hires, trains, evaluates and terminates all functional managers.
  • Exemplifies the core value philosophy to all subordinates
  • Builds a culture centered around the core values throughout the facility
  • Maintains an open-door policy with employees and staff
  • Holds all members accountable
  • Maintains team member personnel files, forms, and records o Establishes centers goals and develops efforts to ensure that goals are met or exceeded.

Financial – Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that deposits are made in a timely manner.
  • Generates and updates financial reports.
  • Takes responsibility for all daily cash deposits.
  • Submits all required payroll records.
  • Meets or exceeds financial goals.
  • Creates loss prevention measures.
  • Develops new ways to increase revenue and average spend per guest
  • Manages costs for all aspects in facility including labor, goods sold, inventory items Operations
  • Is knowledgeable of operations in each functional area including Technical Food & Beverage Special Events Sales Human Resources Recruitment Training Marketing
  • Coordinates facility maintenance
  • Manages recruitment process for all areas of facility
  • Establishes training procedures for all members of team
  • Addresses and resolves all guest issues.
  • Ensures that all functions exceed guest’s expectations safety
  • Ensures that all Team Members comply with health and safety rules and regulations.
  • Implements and documents required safety programs

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fantastic customer service and time management skills.
  • Works well with a variety of people and personalities.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Possess an energetic, outgoing personality.
  • Preferred one year previous experience or equivalent training.
  • High school education or equivalent.
