Party Host

Fun ZoneZ Arcade Gaming Center is family entertainment center seeking for Party Hosts to create the WOW factor at our parties and events. This person should have excellent guest service skills and enjoy working with kids while adhering to our core values of sharing fun, creating lasting memories, putting people first and pursuing excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greets every guest in a friendly manner.
  • Assists with duties of servers such as resetting the party rooms.
  • Serve food and beverage to party guests.
  • Clean and stock party rooms.
  • Entertain guests while in party room and escort the guests to their attractions at appropriate times.
  • Actively listens patiently and politely to customer inquiries and provide specific and accurate information about service and reservations.
  • Fantastic customer service.
  • Work well with variety of people and personalities.
  • Responsible for providing an exciting, entertaining, and safe playing environment for all guests.
  • Commit to Fun ZoneZ Uniform policy.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Fantastic customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Possess and energetic, outgoing personality.
  • Available to work normal business hours, nights, holidays and weekends.
