DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS : 25% Nonrefundable deposit is required at time of reservation, the remaining balance will be due at check in. Additional participant can be added on the same day of the event. Any balances for party changes of additions must be paid prior to the party start time.

ARRIVAL : Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your party for check in. If you arrive with more guests than guaranteed, Fun ZoneZ will do their best, but cannot guarantee extra accommodations.

FOOD POLICY: No outside food or drinks is permitted – Other than a birthday cake.

WAIVERS: All guests must have a waiver filled out by their parent or legal guardian.

CANCELATION POLICY: Full refunds minus deposit if more than 1 week prior the party date. No refunds is due if cancelation occurs less than 1 week prior to party date.
