Form must be received at least two-weeks before the event date to secure a reservation and insure availability.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS : 25% Nonrefundable Deposit required at time of reservation. The remaining balance due 7 days before the event date. Failure to pay remaining balance prior to 7 days will result in. event cancelation. Guaranteed number of children, party package choice and any extras ir required one-week prior of party date. Any balances for party changes of additions must be paid prior to party start time.
ARRIVAL : Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your party for check in. If you arrive with more guests than guaranteed, Fun ZoneZ will do their best, but cannot guarantee extra accommodations.
FOOD POLICY: No out side food or drinks is permitted. Guest may order cakes from Fun ZoneZ or bring in their own with a purchase of the party package. Order for cakes should be placed at time of deposit.
WAIVERS: All quests must have a waiver filled out by their parent or legal guardian.
CANCELATION POLICY: Full refunds minus deposit if more than 1 week prior the party date. No refunds is due if cancelation occurs less than 1 week prior to party date. Events may be rescheduled for a future day and time for $100 rescheduling fee. No responsible for cancelation due to inclement weather or conditions out of Fun ZoneZ control.
